Luke Stokes
Luke founded Dawn Wellness on a simple belief: real results come from a plan, not a one-off session. The youngest of three brothers who all played Division I college sports, Luke played cornerback at the D1 level before studying kinesiology and building his career in wellness. He trained at StretchZone, built experience at the Don CeSar Beach Resort spa and Pasadena Yacht Club spa, and earned his license at the Cortiva Institute in St. Petersburg. Today he runs Dawn Wellness alongside his work at both spas. He specializes in assisted stretching, deep tissue massage, and long-term mobility improvement. He has a gift for making clients feel genuinely cared for from the very first session.
Lucas Sands
Lucas is Dawn Wellness's go-to for stubborn structural movement restrictions that haven't responded to standard care. As an ART® Certified Provider, he's trained to palpate for adhesions in nerves, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. These build up from repetitive overuse, scar tissue, or prolonged positioning and are often a significant contributor to chronic pain. A competitive beach volleyball player himself, Lucas is a regular at the Vinoy Park courts in St. Pete and has developed a genuine specialty in volleyball-related pain and overuse, helping athletes stay ahead of issues before they become a problem. He understands what beach volleyball demands on the shoulder, hip, and knee from the inside out. He's also certified in Lymphatic Drainage, which makes him the therapist behind the Lymphatic Sculpting Facial and a strong choice for clients dealing with puffiness, fluid retention, or post-surgical recovery. Lucas trained alongside Luke at the Cortiva Institute and brings hospital-based massage therapy experience to every session.

Tori Ashworth
With over 8 years of experience at luxury 5-star spas including the Don CeSar, Wyndham, and Hilton properties, Tori brings an elevated level of massage and facial care directly to clients across Tampa Bay. She's known for being highly intuitive and adaptable. She reads your body and adjusts in real time, which makes every session feel completely dialed in. Tori specializes in trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and customized facial treatments. She's particularly effective for clients who want massage and esthetic work in the same session.

How do I choose the right therapist for my needs?
The easiest way is a free 15-minute consult. We'll match you based on what's going on. If you already have a sense of what you need: Luke for stretching and mobility, Lucas for structural or nerve-related issues, and Tori for facials and skin care.
Can I request a specific therapist for every session?
Absolutely. Most clients stick with one primary therapist and build a relationship over time. That consistency is part of why the results compound. You can always request your preferred therapist when booking.
Are all the Dawn Wellness therapists licensed in Florida?
Yes. Every massage therapist on the team holds a current Florida massage therapy license. Tori is also a licensed esthetic practitioner with an extensive professional background in luxury spa environments.
